Stick length and flex are all about feel and personal preference. As a starting point, your stick should generally reach between your mouth and nose when standing straight. For flex, go with something close to half your body weight. That said, it really depends on how you play some players prefer a whippier flex for quick snapshots, others like it stiffer for powerful one-timers. Choose what feels right for your game.
